Softinc is Hiring a Contract Manager Near Hicksville, NY

SOFT's client, located in Hicksville, NY, seeks a Contracts Manager for a long-term contract position. This position is primarily remote, but candidates must be local to NYC metro area. Establishes and executes a strategy to source and manage storm and project contracts in compliance with Organization guidelines and federal regulations applicable to procurements using grant funds, such as those awarded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)Remote localThe selected candidate will be responsible to source and manage contracts.

Experience with engineering and construction, as well as government sourcing and contracts, especially FEMA, is a big plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • federal regulations applicable to procurements: 5 years (Required)
  • Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA): 5 years (Required)
